Zog I, King of the Albanians, né Ahmed Bey Zogu (1895-     ).  Succeeded his father, Xhemal Zogu Pasha, as Hereditary Governor of Mati in 1911.  Prime Minister and President of Albania in the 1920s.  Proclaimed King by the Albanian National Assembly in 1928.  Fled Albania on April 8, 1939, in the wake of the Italian invasion.
Wife:  Geraldine, née Countess Apponyi von Nagy-Appony (1915-     )
