Wilhelm, Prince of Wied, King of Albania (1876-1945).  Elected first King of Albania in February 1914 and deposed seven months later.  Died on April 18, 1945, at Sinaia, Romania.

Marie Eleonore, Princess Alfred of Schönburg-Waldenburg (1909-     ).  Widowed on March 10, 1941. Karl Viktor, Crown Prince of Albania, Prince of Wied (1913-     ).  Succeeded as claimant to the Albanian throne on the death of his father, Prince Wilhelm of Wied.

Friedrich, The Prince of Wied (1872-1945).  Died on June 18, 1945, at Neuwied.
Wife:  Pauline, née Princess of Württemberg (1877-     )

Issue:

Hermann, Hereditary Prince of Wied (1899-1941).  Died on November 5, 1941, at Rzeszow (Reichshof), Poland, killed in action in World War II. Wife:  Maria Antonia, Frau Edmund Franz von Gordon from 1943, née Countess of Stolberg-Wernigerode (1909-     ) Issue: Friedrich Wilhelm, The Prince of Wied (1931-     ).  Succeeded as head of the dynasty on the death of his grandfather, The Prince Friedrich. Metfried, Prince of Wied (1935-     ) Osterlind, Princess of Wied, born on April 8, 1939, at Stuttgart.
